o   the stage beyond which no more of something can be absorbed or accepted.

It seems that there are MANY Christian now days feeling as if the Lord's 'catching away' is to be any  moment now with the mess that the world has been in and seeing that 2017 represents the 70th year or one generation as Psalms puts it; Psa 90:10  The years of our life are seventy, or even by reason of strength eighty; yet their span is but toil and trouble; they are soon gone, and we fly away. since Israel was declared to be a nation in 1947.

While there are many believing this to be the case, there are also Christians who feel that there is yet a large harvest to be had of souls for our Lord & King Jesus. The Lord Himself mentioned looking upon the field and seeing them to be white (or ready) for the harvest; Joh_4:35 Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.

This thought has been spawned from these thoughts and observation of what Christians presently seemed to be sensing. So as I look around at this once great nation and look upon the extreme violence since Trump, who stands for Israel and for life and against the killing of the unborn, I tend to see a nation that instead of being ripe for revival, I see one that is ripe for God's wrath. Instead of there being 'acceptance' of such a one now in office, I see a great divide or a rejection of any inclination of ever going back to how the U.S. used to be a nation 'under God' which respected life and marriage as God does. While thinking along these lines, the thought of a 'saturation point' came to mind and how prior to ground reaching that point, it is able to accept the life giving rain that is falling upon it, BUT, once that 'saturation point' is reached, then what was once acceptance, becomes a rejection of the very thing that was meant to bring it life. Now while cruising the internet, no more (if they're there, there sure aren't very many!) are there people who seem open to communication about Truth, but are mostly argumentative to anyone who opposes their view of life.

So while our Lord noticed the fields being white unto harvest in His day, as I look around this once great nation, I'm sorry, but I just don't see those fields being that way, but fields that seem to be ripe unto the Father's wrath for refusing the greatest gift of ALL that is, His Son!

One other thing that I've noticed much of, and that is 'spiritual laziness' or believing that just by making a 'confession of faith' in something whether it be for one's salvation or being accepted in the 'catching away' of the church by Christ Himself. There seems to be many standing upon their confession but an unwillingness to enter into a passionate love relationship with Jesus personally which involves their entire being, not just their confession. So when people that are in a passionate love relationship with Him who also don't want to see the lazy Christians miss out on the most incredible, delightful event known to man since salvation and who try and warn them that not ALL that confess Jesus as Lord will be taken, instead of listening to them, they just get angry. They don't even care to listen to the fact that out of the 7 churches that Jesus addresses in Rev 2 & 3 that ONLY two of them He had no reproof for and only 1 of them He specifically said He would spare them from the testing to come upon the entire world. Rev 3:10  Because you have kept my word about patient endurance, I will keep you from the hour of trial that is coming on the whole world, to try those who dwell on the earth.

The prudent or wise virgins are looking ahead and see what's coming as Proverbs 22:3 states; Pro_22:3  The prudent sees danger and hides himself, but the simple go on and suffer for it. And are merely trying to warn the lazy, complacent Christians to turn their confessions alone into a passionate love affair with Christ, because they see the fields as they truly are, ripe unto wrath rather than harvest, just look around and ask yourself, are the fields absorbing truth or repelling it?

The time for Grace is coming to an end, are we ready or are we just confessing that we are? Time will reveal all things and those that are wise are lifting their voices to those that God Loves so very, very desperately.

So the reader has to decide for themselves, are we at a saturation point? Whether we are or aren't, we need to be in a passionate love relationship requiring all out love and prayer for every soul around us is desperately needed. May everyone that confesses Jesus as Lord be found busy about our Lord's business when our Father decides to tell His Son to bring us home.

Heavenly Father, may each and every one of us that claims Jesus as Lord be in an all-out love relationship with Him and busy about whatever tasks you have for us to do until You tell Your Son to come bring us home. In Jesus, Glorious, Eternal Name, Amen.
