Scriptural Springboard:††† Gal 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

I happen to be wondering this morning about all the different mansions in Glory and what will set them apart. And, as I did so, the following thought seemed to come to me; ďThe richest people in the coming Kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be those with the greatest passion for Christ, and the poorest will be those with their greatest passion for the Ďthings ofí Christ.Ē This thought then reminds me of a thought the Lord seemed to have given me way back in 2002 which is as follows; http://www.rubornagain.com/bull's-eye.htm And, from that thought come these; those who are focusing more on the outer rings of the target of Life, will be the poorest (keep in mind that the poorest souls in Godís Kingdom will be richer than any human has or ever could be in this world!) in the upcoming Kingdom of our Lord & King Jesus. Those though who are focusing on the bullís-eye of Life will be the richest therein.
1 Corinthians 13 hits the bullís-eye of Life dead center! Thatís what itís all about, Loving Him and when one truly does that, he/she will naturally love those He has created and died for. And, notice the following scripture therein ď1Co 13:3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.Ē This scripture relates to the second Commandment, NOT the first and notice that EVEN IF one makes it there focus rather than the first, they havenít truly hit the bullís-eye of Life.
The first Commandment is truly first in more ways than one. To truly live an all-out victorious life, making Him, Jesus, their passion and focus will result in one doing so. To focus on ANY OTHER outer ring of the bullís-eye of life, will probably result in one getting into Heaven, but your wealth will reflect where your focus was in this life.
Oh how the Ďthings of Christí are tempting to focus on like prosperity, naming it and claiming it, health, popularity, just as they were in Jesus day when there were huge crowds following Jesus, NOT because of Who He was and is, but because of the bread He had fed them. Joh 6:26 Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled. Joh 6:27 Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.
Yes, 1 Corinthians 13 truly does hit the nail on the head or the center of the bullís-eye of Life, May each of us who claim Jesus as our own personal Lord & Savior ever learn how to Love Him will all of our heart, soul, mind and strength; Mar 12:30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. For once that bullís-eye has been hit, ALL of the outer rings of Life will automatically assume their proper place around it.
Heavenly Father, thank You for clearly showing us by the Light of Your Word what our Greatest and most Intense focus should be in this temporary existence of ours and that is Loving and Delighting ourselves in the Glorious Beauty of Jesus, Your Son and our King! For itís in His Everlasting, Glorious and Matchless Name we pray, Amen.
